We aim to present you with a completed homepage within one month of receiving the initial 50% payment and all necessary information from you. However, in many cases, we work faster and can have the entire website completed and live within that same month. Our lead time largely depends on our current workload, but we promise to be fully transparent and provide you with realistic expectations about the timeline throughout the process.

A domain name is the unique address that directs users to your website, such as www.wininfy.co.uk. We typically recommend that clients purchase their own domain name from sites like 123-Reg or GoDaddy, as this ensures you retain full control and ownership. However, if you’re not comfortable doing this yourself, we can purchase and manage the domain for you, which is a service we provide for many of our clients.

If you already own a domain but would like us to manage it, we’re happy to arrange a transfer to our account. We also offer advice on choosing the best domain name for your business, so if you’re starting fresh, feel free to ask for our guidance!

Yes, we can set up two types of email accounts for you:

1. Forwarding Email: This option forwards emails from one address to another. For example, you could have steve@yourdomain.co.uk forward all emails to steve123@gmail.com. We can set up forwarding emails on your domain regardless of which of our monthly packages you choose.

2. Email Inbox: This is a full email account that you can access on multiple devices to read and reply to emails sent to addresses like steve@yourdomain.co.uk. The advantage of an email inbox is that it keeps your communication organized and allows you to reply directly from the business email address, such as steve@yourdomain.co.uk. Email inboxes are included in our Business package (£40 per month).

Yes, you can easily update the content on any of your website’s pages or posts. It’s as simple as using Microsoft Word. Whether you need to change prices, update opening times, or modify your menu, you’ll have full access to your site. We’ll provide you with login details, along with instructions and support to help you make these changes. If you prefer, you can also email or call us with your updates, and we’ll handle them promptly.
