Once you agree to the quoted price for your new website, we require a 50% upfront payment to begin the project. The remaining 50% is due when you are satisfied with the website and ready for it to go live.
After the website is launched, hosting and support fees are billed monthly. We offer flexible payment options for this recurring fee, including standing orders, direct debits, or bank transfers.
We aim to present you with a completed homepage within one month of receiving the initial 50% payment and all necessary information from you. However, in many cases, we work faster and can have the entire website completed and live within that same month. Our lead time largely depends on our current workload, but we promise to be fully transparent and provide you with realistic expectations about the timeline throughout the process.
Superfast hosting is a premium feature offered on some of our packages. All our websites are built on the WordPress platform, and choosing a package that offers Superfast Hosting means your website will be hosted on a server specifically optimised for WordPress websites. This ensures that your website loads incredibly quickly for all visitors, providing a seamless and enjoyable browsing experience.
Furthermore, the speed of a website is a significant factor in Google’s ranking algorithm. A faster website not only enhances user experience with fast loading times but also has a better chance of ranking in a higher position in Google search results, potentially drawing more traffic to your site.
We understand that your website may need updates from time to time, whether it’s changing your address, adding a new service, or adjusting your prices. All our packages include a designated amount of support time each month to handle these changes. If you need an update, simply reach out to us with the details. The support time included in your package is the maximum amount allocated for website updates within a given calendar month. For most simple text changes, this time is more than sufficient, allowing us to make updates to your site at no additional cost.
However, if you require more extensive updates that exceed the allocated support time, we charge an additional fee of £15 per 30 minutes for the extra work. We will always inform you in advance if additional charges apply.
Please note that any unused support time in a given month does not roll over to the following months.
Email Hosting is a feature available in some of our packages. If needed, we can set up custom email accounts (inboxes) like info@yourdomain.co.uk, phil@yourdomain.co.uk, or anything@yourdomain.co.uk. This service is entirely optional, as many of our clients already have their email systems in place before working with us and prefer to maintain their existing setup, which we fully support.
Our BUSINESS package (£40 per month) is our most popular option, offering a perfect balance of affordability and robust features, including superfast hosting. This package consistently delivers excellent results on Google, thanks to our adherence to SEO best practices during the website development process.
If your website includes product listings, you’ll need our SHOP package (£60 per month), which is tailored for e-commerce needs.
Additionally, we offer SEO Add-On Packages to further enhance your site’s visibility.
For new customers, the minimum term for our monthly packages is 12 months.
